In September 2004 Pushka ladies clothes shop is born to its adoring owners and keen fashionista's Phil and Heidel Campbell.

Phil an ex Navy Fieldgunner and Gladiators finalist has always had a sharp eye for fashion and a natural charm with the ladies. So was happy to take the challenge when his then girlfriend Heidel suggested running a boutique together. After lots of shopping trips to London, Paris and lots of adoring happy customers later they have found it to be an enjoyable, sociable and rewarding experience.

Heidel who also had a stint in the Royal Navy as a Radar and Sonar operator was happy to return to her love of ladies fashion after catching the bug working in boutiques in Knightsbridge as a young girl.

Wanting to create a space that was relaxed and glamorous for women to shop for clothes without the hassle and mundanity of the normal high street shop, "I wanted to create the shop i had always dreamed of shopping in, with great service and pretty, unique ladies clothes that i could afford" says Heidel.

The disappointment for most women now that the dreaded chain stores and throwaway fashion has taken over, is traipsing round different towns and cities and being offered the same boring shops. Yes that gorgeous top in Next in Chichester would be fabulous to wear next week when meeting the girls for lunch, but three thousand other women have had exactly the same thought and so did Susie one of the girls you'll be seeing next week, whilst she was shopping in London. Which then boils down to "who wore it best" but for most women this is a dreaded scenario. So the hunt is always on to find ladies clothes shops that are different and offering something unique, but... at an affordable price.

Generally little back street gems are found and discarded again as the customer realises its going to cost a months wages for the lovely party dress in the window.
